Ok, heres a few questions i have for anyone that knows what they're doing.

1) How do I set a domain or subdomain to go to a specific directory in a clients webspace? i.e. sd1.domain.com goes to a directory called sd1 in the clients space.

2) Is the ticket support system not available on the 100 domain PowerPack? I have that on my server and the ticket system is nowhere to be found.

I'm sure theres more to come as I find them.

1. You would have to do this at the shell prompt via simlinks.

2. It is not part of the powerpack and is a seperate item. You can purchase an addon at sw-soft.com
