I bought a Super Celeron 2.4 server yesterday. But I have not received the username, password, ip address, and all other information until now. I dont know the status of my order. When will my server be ready? It had been more than 24 hours since the order was placed.

I got a confirmation Email from server_orders@servermatrix.com after purchase. I dont know if my order was verified.

By the way, did you call them back as they have suggested in the email to verify the order ? They will only process the order if you do.
