New server. Dual Xeon 2.4

Logging into Plesk takes AGES. From entering the URL to the login screen appearing takes over a minute and then from the login screen to the actual menu takes again over a minute.

Is this normal ?
Like I said.. there's nothing else running on the server as it's brand new.

Since it is running on https, everything is encrypted than decrypted so it usually take longer to load as compared to http. It also depend a lot on where you are logging in from and your connection. If you are logging from a country outside of USA, like I do, it all depends on the international line of your ISP. Just my 0.02.

Mine is def slower than CPANEL.. Wonder if it's a memory hog. I've also got an empty box and it's showing 94% usage on 484.19 MB in Plesk. That really makes no sense to me -the CPU usage has been 0.0.
