i just registered 2 dns addresses:

NS1.vicomonline.net --- 69.93.252.2
NS2.vicomonline.net --- 69.93.252.3

now i think im supposed to do something in WHM , reverse dns or something... what do i do..

i logon to WHM at 69.93.252.2/whm

then what???

In the Setup area set the dns server addresses and assign Ip's to them and then create A enteries.

Once you do this you should see them listed when you click the Nameserver IP link in WHM.

Im curious to know, also MX entry

MX Records would only be needed if you are going to be hosting mail. They would be placed in the zone file for that particular domain, but they are not need for anything else.
