I was wondering if there is a way to know if Floodguard is installed apart from depending on what is listed in the Invoices ?
Matt Brown
Open up a ticket and ask them, thats the only way I can see right now. They need to add something in Orbit saying it's on or what it's current status is, heck even what ip's it blocked, etc.

Yeah, I know that. For some reason, I saw my invoices today for this month and last and it did not show billing for floodguard. It did show that the invoice before.

True, there has to be more than just looking at invoice and asking them. Kindda dumb really.

Matt,

I did as you said and apparently Floodguard was never installed for my machine and was told that I never ordered it. Even though I have been paying for it since Nov/Dec to March and it was reflected on my invoices and credit card billing.

Apparently some messed up with their system. It was a good thing I had the support tickets to prove it. I hope it would get resolve quickly.

Update
=====

Now after I gave them those tickets, they now tell me that I have floodguard installed.

Definitely, I vote for having floodguard monitoring in orbit to prevent this nonsense from happening again.

I'm gonna call sales or support in the morning and see if I can't get them to add something in orbit for floodgaurd it's a bit crazy, I think a setup like this would be cool

Floodgaurd Main (Link in orbit)
++Edit Ips Protected by Floodgaurd
++Floodgaurd Status
++Current Blocked Ips by Floodgaurd
++Floodgaurd Monthly Stats

sound cool icon_wink.gif I don't think it would be too hard to add
