This problem is not new. I've seen packet loss (~3-7%) for the last few weeks.

I tried to ping to other networks in USA like EV1, servint, .... and I get no packet loss to them.
So it seems that the problem is not with my provider.

I'll keep moving things around to see if I can get any better results, but right now it doesn't appear to be an outbound path issue. It could be inbound - I'll see if there's anything I can do there, but it's much harder to control inbound paths than outbound.

I just did 1000 pings to/from my server and got 0% packet loss.
