I've been out for a few days, and today i just tried to update CLAMAV using "freshclam" and got this:

Does this release work with the layer1 package?

Well I have been using the latest release candidate and haven't had any problems... looks like it's gone final though... time to upgrade again.

Just upgraded, no problems during the upgrade and haven't noticed anything unusual at the moment

Your using the mailscanner+clamav layer 1 package?

Yes... but have since updated both mailscanner and clamav to the latest versions.

I don't see any reason why it won't work with a non-updated layer1 package though

This is what I did to update my redhat9 box:Then a quick version check to make sure it worked:Should give you "clamscan / ClamAV version 0.70"
