Hi there, does anyone know why I'm receiving this message

When I try to access http://dnsready.net/cpanel/ it redirects to https://www.dnsready.net:2083/ and it says:



Never asked for username/password.

Why is it trying to access https instead of http? And what is it about ACL?

For the re-directing to the secure port, do you have
"When users access /cpanel or /whm or /webmail on their domain redirect them to the https(ssl) port instead of the insecure one"
enabled in whm (tweak settings)?

As for the 403 you're getting, I don't know. When I goto the url you posted I get the usual cpanel login prompt. (maybe your something to do with your ISP?)

The problem appears when using Mozilla Firefox, but it woks well with IExplorer

Works fine for me in firefox.

Have you got any url/popup blocks in firefox that could be conflicting with your domain?

Or maybe you've modified some security settings in firefox and it dosen't like the fact that the secure cpanel domain dosen't match the domain on the ssl cert.
You could try disabling the whm option I mentioned before and access your cpanel over insecure http, then see if firefox works, if it does work over standard http (rather than secure) then it must be a security setting within your copy of firefox

Paul, I'm sure it's something with Firefox, may be when I restart my PC I'll be able to use it. I can access with Firefox using regular http protocol.
