I just received an email saying my 14-day Floodguard "training" period has started - but since I'm still setting up sites on the server and domains have not been transferred there is no traffic. Will this affect Floodguard training? Will it see the spike in traffic once domains are transferred as an attack and attempt to mitigate legitimate traffic?

I may be wrong but I believe that Floodguard is perpetually in training. It just need at least 7 to 14 days of stable traffic to normalize. If your traffic pattern changes then it would protect and learn again. It will be a useless tool if it only learn once at the beginning and end there.

I guess you could drop an support ticket and have them determine it. I never got information about that too. All I know is I am billed for it.
I read somewhere that training occurs during the first 7 days then it goes into active mode but would be in perpetual learning stage.
