I pay for a dedicated server and i receive this mail:


i can t phone because i' am french but i send a mail but i don t receive my password etc.

An admin can explain me please ?

It's for security, when you place an order they usually phone you to get confirmation that you're a real person and did place the order. Obviously for some reason they didn't call you (perhaps because of time differences (late at night, so they don't wake you) or an invalid phone number) so they have sent you an email instead to get confirmation.

After you have replied to that email to confirm that you exist they will continue to process your order and you should have your server in about 24 hours.

i think they dont phone me because i am in france but i send a mailto confirm i exist. I receive the pass for the support contact etc...
