I just had Plesk installed on my box (finally), I guessed the passwords they would use for the installation and have been looking around but can't get much done until I'm activated/licence installed.

How long have you guys found this to take? I'm interested to know as our sites currently with another host and I'll need to extend our hosting by another week if we're not activated this weekend.

Im afraid to say I doubt you will get it this weekend...I got mine reimaged on a sunday and apparantly no one is able to install the plesk licenses on the weekend...only from 8am on monday and in my case is took until around mid day on monday to get the license installed.

Hope this helps, maybe things have changed since then but probably not as that was last weekend...
