I can't seem to get this working. I needed to transfer some files, but currently, I'm just using radmin to transfer them (which seems pretty slow heh).
All it says is unable to log in.

Can you RDC into your server ? If so, you could install an FTP Client. I used WS-FTP Pro but I am sure you could use any FTP clients for that purpose.
When you are in Remote Desktop Connection, you have the server screens on your desktop. You use it as if it is a local machine. You can install anything or do almost anything.

Yeah, that's what I thought I'd have to do.
Could you recommend a cheaper FTP Server? 395$ is a lot

Windows 2003 already have a FTP Server and so far I have not problem using it. You use IIS Manager to manage it.
What I am saying is that if you need to move file to your Windows server, you install an FTP Client to it while you are in RDC and then use the FTP Client to connect to your previous web host account so you can transfer the files over. It beats transferring the files to your computer than uploading to your windows server.

Oh, I have an FTP client (on my computer). I just haven't been able to connect to the server (the SM server) for some reason. How does one set up accounts on the Windows FTP?

If you have Plesk, I believe you need to create a site on the machine first and then ftp to that site. Once you done that, you could move the files to anywhere you want when you rdc into the machine.
There is no Administrator FTP access because of the security risk involved.

I tried accessing the FTP through an IP, but it wouldn't let me. No actual domains are on the machine at the moment. Do you have to access the FTP through the domain name?

You have to create an account to ftp. Like I say, you cannot FTP as Administrator because of the security risk involved.
You can ftp to an IP address but you need to have a login account and to have that you have to create a site on the server in Plesk. Plesk will then create the ftp user account for you.
If you have all the sites contents on your computer then create all the sites on the server and ftp individually so at least you know the files all get to the same place.
