One of my client ask to me : How to make separate login+pass :
one for to enter /cpanel (admin)
one for to use ftp/upload data (just for upload data only)

My client wants : his technical staff can upload data via ftp software but cannot enter /Cpanel menu (for emails security)

I believe he could create an additional FTP Account from within Cpanel and give that to his staff. He could probably point it to a specific directory so the one accessing it would be jailed to that directory and any sub directory under it and nothing else.
