SSH into your machine and type
/scripts/fixquotas
if that fails then do a
/scripts/fixeverything

I try it :
/scripts/fixquotas
>!! No Filesystems are mounted with quota support !!
>
>Under freebsd you must edit /etc/fstab and turn on quotas.
>Note: make sure your kernel supports quotas before doing this.
>After you have remounted your file systems with quota support,
>re-run this script.
but still not works ?!

I guess that probably explains why everything is 0. You will need quotas for it to work.
You probably need to do as what the instruction says or drop Support a ticket and see if they can assist you

I had the same problem last week, SM couldn't figure it out (took 3 of them

) anyways use this and see if fixes it
/sbin/quotacheck
then run
/scripts/fixquotas

Hmmm...
I was just going to post about the same problem...
I thought it had something to do with partitions... I'm transferring sites from a server with 5 partitions to one with 2..
I'll try the above recommendations
Thanks
