I just got my Windows Server and their is a program called "Veritas NetBackup" Does anyone know how to use this program and if so, is the storage space for the backup included in our servermatrix plan or is it extra? If it's extra, how much is it??

The program is for use with SM's Backup Solutions.
Im not sure on the price though, you might check with Accounting to see what they can hook you up with.
