Hello,
I've got a Linux server running PLESK 7 and want to enable Anonymous FTP for one of my hosting clients. The Anonymous FTP icon is grayed out and I can find no option within the Administrator's panel to enable it. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this working?

Keymanlaff,
Did you assigned a dedicated IP to the domain?

The domain MUST have a dedicated IP.

but not always you will require a dedicated ip to be Anonymous, is that true? i think cpanel do the work without dedicated ip.

You need an exclusive IP address to be able to offer Anonymous FTP this will be the case for Cpanel too....

The IP is the only way to identify which account you are offering anonymous FTP on - if you had multiple on the same IP there would be no way of differentiating them as far as I can imagine.
