I've never used Plesk but have heard nothing but good reports.

You might want to give the documentation, FAQ's and Flash tutorials at Plesk a go or maybe even have a look at their online forums that they provide.

Handling Plesk is Server Administration and it is your job to do it. You can't expect SM to go set up the accounts for you and effective run your business for whatever you pay them. It be cheaper than hiring someone to do it.

If you do not know how to handle it, it is not their fault. They gave you a choice to select Plesk or something else. You chose Plesk. You could have selected something else if you are not comfortable with handling something you are not familiar with.

Besides, you could actually spend sometime at Plesk website and give the Demo a spin and also download the Manual and FAQs or even participate in Plesk Forum if you are stuck. The options are all there for you. You just need to spend a little time to do it.

By the way, you can download Plesk Documentation from

http://www.sw-soft.com/en/support/plesk/

As for the rest, you should be able to find them on the navigation on this page.

SM provide support for the server hardware and software but do not do any configuration. If you want software configuraton/installation you need to look at investing in SM's Gold, Platinum or Titanium level managed services or on an adhoc basis pay US$75/hour.

If you don't want to pursue SM's own services then you could use companies like:
R-fx Networks
AcuNett
rack911
or even forum members like FarCry will even perform setup for you for a fee.

Perform a search within these forums as many others have also been listed.

You could basically get Plesk support from their website. In fact, the link I provided above even gives you a flash demo on how to do things. How cool is that. All that including documentations and faqs and the support forums all at your finger tips. Take your time to go through the docs and faqs and if you have question, you could post at their forums.

I don't think SM should duplicate that here, it is just too much waste of resources if they did.
