Every now and then my connection to the server just decides to disconnect. Before when this happened i was told it was the ram but theres like 500mb left and it still disconnects. Are there any other reasons why this is happening because i have been waiting 4days for support and they havent told me much yet.

which operating system ? And does the RTG charts shows anything surge in traffic during those times ? And did the web logs shows anything unusual ?

win server 2003, orbit shows hasnt even been over 2mbits and i didnt know there where logs. Where can i find these?

Here is what you do

Click on the 'Start' button and select 'Administrative Tools' and 'Event Viewer'. Then look at the first 3 trees (System, Application and Security). Any errors would be logged there.

Yup i logged on just now and i have seen the SM tech has been on and opened that up. So he must be monitoring it or something which is good i just hope they solve the problems now.
