I was wondering if there is a better way to add new web site domains then by creating a new support request everytime. I hate to bother the support people for this and woudl much rather do this myself.

I did register a domain for my own nameserver but I do not know what I am doing when it comes to Managing a DNS through Windows. Is it necessary to set this up?

We do not have any control panel software installed on Windows either so is this something we should have?
