Hi, I wanted a backup DNS Server and I have 2 servers at SM but one does not have cPanel. Does anyone have a guide to setup a DNS server using CLI(ssh)?

This is a great guide on bind 9. (I assume your using bind) Pm me if you have any specific questions.
