I was told through a ticket that debian wasn't compatible with urchin. While this isn't strictly true according to the urchin system requirements page at
http://help.urchin.com/index.cgi?id=1441 (scroll down or search for debian). It does specifiy 2.4.20 as the kernel while debian uses 2.4.23 for woody. Has anyone had any experince with urchin and debian?

yeah, they told me the same, but its not completely true. Go to the urchin.com, download the RedHat 7.2 version (this is the one compatible with glibc in debian woody), install that in /usr/local/urchin, you have to config apache yourself, then when you get a page up that hits urchin, open a new ticket on orbit, and provide them with the login information to urchin and they will install a license for you.
Worked for me no problem.
