If you are using your own DNS Server then go to your domain name registrar and change the NameServer Entry to point to your new DNS Server hosted here. You will need to have the DNS Server registered at your domain name registrar first though and it has to contain the necessary information of the two sites.

If you are using Server Matrix's DNS Server then go to your domain name registrar and change the NameServer Entry to point to SM's DNS Servers. Of course, you will need to submit a Domain Admin ticket in Orbit with your site domain name and IP Address. They will do the necessary settings for you.

Propagation time for the switch over would take between 6 to 72 hours.

Ok, thats a no. Who did you register your domains with? You need to go there and change the name servers to point to your new DNS servers. Then you'll need to configure your new DNS server with the names and ips for all the names you want to setup (ftp.all-out.co.uk, ftp.the-livewire.co.uk, etc) It sounds like you've never done this before icon_smile.gif, what OS are you using?

You should have a username/password to login here. You'll need to change the name and ip addresses for your name servers to point to the new DNS server on your windows box. It will take 24 - 72 hours for the changes to propagate to the entire internet.

How did you setup dns the first time? Is there nothing in the control panel that will let you change your name servers?

i did not setup dns first time i just put in the domain i wanted then it asked me which directory on the ftp i wanted it to point to and that was it done.... icon_confused.gif the only thing i have found that might be of any use is

if i set the redirect bit to something then i

A) dont get things like pop3.all-out.co.uk & ftp.all-out.co.uk
B) when you click on a link in the site the damned URL stays the same in the address bar icon_mad.gif

It looks like they're doing dns and web hosting for you. You might want to contact them and ask if there's a way you can change the name servers for your domain. If all else fails you could transfer your domain to another registrar.
