I ordered floodgaurd two weeks ago yes two weeks ago, now at the moment I am getting ddos and SM is nowhere to be found I've opened tickets saying is this installed etc, and they close them HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL IT. I'm probally going to have to wait all weekend now for them to install it god come on SM .

I thought they say the 'learning' period is 7 days. Looks like Floodguard is not effective in some cases. I think I hear more disappointment than success story.

well 8 hours now and not one thing out of SM, this is getting crazy I'm this close to moving all our servers somewhere else as this is getting just old.

Have you checked to see if they have been compromised in some way?

yeah I dunno I don't think we have I could be wrong though but I'm pretty sure we haven't. I dunno I'll look into it.
