How i setup another DNS ?

I have
ns1.lusohost.us 69.93.143.26
ns2.lusohost.us 69.93.143.27

and i want have too
ns1.adulthostopia.com will be 69.93.143.28 ?
ns2.adulthostopia.com will be 69.93.143.29 ?

a friend tell me that configuration of adulthostopia.com is not same way that i did for lusohost.us.

Someone can tell me how i set files in SSH and/or CPANEL ?

PS: when someone make a tracert is possible don't appear reserve.theplanet ? how ?

How i edit httpd.conf for clients be available to go to
http://lusohost.com/~usernameofclient ?

And if i suspend theirs accounts.. how i redirect to a suspend page ? if i suspend an account site is not available and anyone can see it. i don't want that.
