Hello I have two questions. If I use ns1.servermatrix.com and ns2.servermatrix.com as my nameservers.
Do I need to submit a ticket to SM each time if I create a new domain?

Do I need to do so for subdomains?

yes, that's true, in both cases.

Actually once the main domain is set up, you have an entry for it in Domain Admin. Click on the domain name and you can add the 'A' entry for each of your subdomain in there. You do not need to contact them for subdomains unless you want to.
