Crazy Ivan
this issue has been fixed by phone.

I've seen this symptom quite a few times on our total control line. Usually we end up setting the upgrade preferences to auto/stable and then run an upgrade. That usually fixes it.

Was this a new server ????

I had this happen to me after getting a new server, and setting up a new hostname.

The fix for this, via command line, is to get all your files to reflect the hostname you choose for the server, including the nameservers - resol.conf, wwwacct.conf, /etc/sysconfig/network, hosts.

Then going to /scripts and running - upcp. This will run the checking for all the files in Cpanel/WHM and update the license key file to reflect the changes.

WHM does NOT always do this correctly. It will look at one file and assume it has been changed in all of them. So if start doing this by hand, you have to do all the files by hand.
No need for a TT
