Cron Job is doing everynight automatic update for cPanel. Is that necessary?

I see security and cPanel packages update . Is this also included when upgradeing cPanel in general or this security and cPanel packages are always separate.

What is you recommendation about that automatic update for cPanel and Security updates?

Iam running on RHEL 3

after the last cpanel exploit, of course not.

change to manual updates and let others "beta test" before you update ;-)
