Hi,

I did not change anything on my server. I didn't upgrade cpanel/whm and
I do not accept automatic upgrade either.

So for any reasons cpanel, whm and mysql does not work anymore. These services has stopped 12 hours ago
and i still waiting for support to answer my ticket!!!!

http and ftp are working.

What should i do via ssh to get things back to normal?

Any help wil be appreciated, thanks!

your system may have been compromised with one of the new flaws found in cpanel that allows people to get root access to your system - there have been alot of posts on the forums regarding it.

You might want to check for root kits, ToddW has put a great tutorial up here: http://www.hostinglife.com/rkits/chkroot.php

it appears that some people may have a problem with the new security update and md5 hashes. You'll know if you have this, if you ssh into the server, restart cpanel and get an error about md5.

Check this out. The post by "greengiant" is what I am referring to. I did it on a customers server yesterday and brought them right back up.

Normal warnings apply about loss of data, etc ... this is not guaranteed to work, be careful, etc ....

Mine just completely pooped out on me.

cpsrvd is failing on restart. I did update last night, but I accessed it since that time after update and all was fine.

None of my services seem affected, FTP is working, mail, Apache, thats all fine, sites are functional, but the panel is toast.

It also work for me but now i get blank page with phpMyAdmin!!!
All other services are working great.
