I just noticed all emails sent from my box through MailEnable to Yahoo is sent to Bulk folder!!!
Anyone got good guide line on how to solve the issue?

I suspect the issue is that your domain (the from domain) isn't listed in SM's DNS and therefore shows as "spoofed".

This may be the case. Also, make sure you have a valid PTR records setup for the mailserver IP address.

How can I add a PTR record?

Submit a DNS request in Orbit with your desired IP address and host name. Since we own the IP addresses our DNS servers will host the reverse records for them.

Is there any special ticket for DNS requests? I am going to fill a normal support ticket for the purpose, but if I should fill any special one, please let me know.

As hostname, should I give my machine name or a domain name?
And also if it domain name, should I add all my domains which exists and will be added later?

You can only have one RDNS entry per IP, so typically with name based hosting where multiple domains point to one IP, you make the Reverse DNS entry for the main (shared) server IP match the server name.

Then I should give my Machine Name or my main Domain address?

You should give both (ie. host.domain.com).
As far as a specific DNS ticket, yes there is one, but it is buried in the Orbit UI. If you go to "Network" then "DNS Admin" at the top of the page there is a link for the DNS Change Request.
I'll see if we can get this moved to a more visible place.

Although the reverse DNS is setup and I checked it in DNSStuff, I still have the problem:(
All messages are send to BULK by YAHOO.

I am a bit confused and I worry that my DNS will get screwed up if the Tech misundertood my request. I am also not sure if my case is the same as the ones mentioned above. What should I do giving my info like below:
1) I have my own nameservers
- dns1.mydomain.com 69.56.xxx.01 <== Main shared IP
- dns2.mydomain.com 69.56.xxx.02
* Both IPs above are provided to me by SMatrix.
* My nameservers are setup in the WHM of SMatrix server.
2) My domain details (assumed):
- mydomain.com
3) My host details (assumed):
- server01.mydomain.com
What is the message and info that I should give to the SM Tech?

All you need to do is open a trouble ticket and identify the IP and the RDNS entry you want entered for it.

To rule out the obvious, you've checked that your IP isn't on any of the major blacklists?

How do I find out the value for RDNS? I have the reverse DNS setup by SM earlier.

on a unix machine type host 123.456.78.90 where 123.456.78.90 is your IP.
Or look at the last hop of a traceroute to your server.
