If I can do DNS lookups against your domain then it is easier to troubleshoot the problem.

I'm going to assume your using bind, right?

Are the web server and mail server on the same box?

demi.addictedhosting.com doesn't resolve. This almost looks like an apache virtual host problem, are you using virtual hosts on your web server?
Shanlar
yes I am. I had a problem with this subdomain not resolving yesterday but today it is resolving fine for me.

Ok, now it resolves to 69.93.146.154, do you have a virtual host setup for mail.addictedhosting.com? If there's no virtual host setup for that name it will default to the first one IIRC.

I have no idea what you mean, subdomain for what? icon_confused.gif
I've never used cpanel so I know nothing about that.

If your customers want mail.domain.com to display different content than *.domain.com, then yes.
