I had rent a server month ago , and it`s name is (doook01) but now it is not working and you didn`t take the money from my master card ,

i want to renew renting the server for another month. how much that will cost and when it will run again

I suggest you contact sales@servermatrix.com about it and see how they could resolve the issue. I am not sure what happened but if they did not charge your credit card and the server is down, it probably was disconnected for some reasons. Check Orbit to see if there were any emails they sent to you about it and check your emails too.

servermatrix e-mails ,, at least for me were being filterd by my spam filters... I had to fix that

just log into orbit and check your support ticket history - or submit a sales RFQ
