Do these here servers come with tomcat 5 or jsp support? if so how do i configure it?

Tomcat is not typically installed. It has to be done by special request when ordering the server or it may involve an hourly rate afterwards. Btw, be prepared for an extra 5-10%+ system memory overhead just to run it.
