How many 32 player servers will a dual 2.8 xeon's with 1gb ram run?
Is 1gb ram enough?

i would estimate 3-4 servers on the dual xeon, but i dont know how good the performance would be. it would be best to just add one server at a time, and when they are full see how much CPU is used per player (cpu usage for process / player count)

SM has dual 2.4 Xeons instead of 2.8. The machine will handle 3-4 servers well...the bandwidth usage is what to watch out for.

yeh, you might want to cap speeds for players @ 56k levels. This does not affect pings, just the amount of traffic allowed.
