I've received this email 6 times now since the ticket was closed:

Once on the 23ed (when it was closed), again on 24th, again on 25th, and again today 26th.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I guess I'll wait for the orbit maintenance to pass and see if that stops it.

I had that happen 4 times for a ticket but it was all within a couple of hours - looks like you're the current champ with 6 !

We've recently migrated our mail server onto new hardware, which may have caused some duplicate emails this morning, but not for the past few days.

Paul if you can please PM me your account number and the number of ticket (or tickets) that this is happening on.
