Full Version: Domain Admin section in the Orbit problem

I have domain (ex. domain.com) in which I use subdomains (s1.domain.com, s2.domain.com) each for separate server here.

My domain registrar provide me with DNS for my domain where I created subdomains and pointed each for proper server here.

Today I visit my Orbit Domain Admin section and see that modify DNS zone for my domain.com available.
I go there and see that DNS zone is not properly configurated (especially it based on IN NS ns1.theplanet.com. and IN NS ns2.theplanet.com. )

In the same time I experienced problem with connectivity between my servers here when I use access by s1.domain.com and s2.domain.com.

So, could you please tell me what can I do with this DNS zone in the Orbit?
Should I ask to remove it completely or fill in like my primary DNS zone is?

Please advice...

If we're not hosting your DNS then you don't need your domain in Orbit. Please submit a ticket to have it removed.

BTW: Sorry for the delay. icon_smile.gif
