i setup a new xeon with DC but for some damn reason its not showing up in any browsers, and I have internet not LAN mode on.

Do you have the GameSpy port set to 24000? You may want to check bf1942.lightcubed.com if you can't get it working.

I'm also running a couple 8-10 player Unreal Tournament servers, 16 player Wolfenstein Enemy Territory server, and a TeamSpeak server. All this barely leaves a dent in resource usage.
