AWSTATS Doesn't seem to work anymore.

After I ran /scripts/updatelogsnow for tonight when I try to vew AWSTATS for any of my sites it gives me errors.. then I have to hit refresh 5-10 times to get it to show up... then if I click something then try to go back Errors again saying my browser isn't compatible... then I have to refresh again..

Anyone have these errors?
