Are we added to FloodGuard automatically when we get the server if ordered with FloodGuard or do we have to request it?

If so how do we order FloodGuard and does anybody know the pricing?

Pricing from techinical when asked.
I have also read this pricing in this forum somewhere.

For some reason they mixed the two measurements of IPs.

By "1 IP" they mean 1 IP usable, 4 IPs total. By 8 IPs,they mean 5 IP usable, 8 IP total.

Just to add, I believe if you order FloodGuard with your server, it will be added for you. Of course, if you order exactly for all the IPs allocated, it will be a blanket protection but if you only opt to protect a few of the IPs you have, you probably have to send them a support ticket to identify which IPs you want protected.
