Is there any program out there that can retreive my files that were deleted by a hacker? I know theres system restore but I didnt do snapshots..I have a backup but its old.

It is unlikely that you can get them back at any reasonable cost. A specialist might be able to recover them (depending upon how they've been deleted), but that won't be a trivial process.

If you've been hacked and are not sure of the extent of the hack, a complete OS restore is recommended.

I beleive that norton make a tool to do this... not sure though.

Undelete http://consumer.execsoft.com/undelete/undelete.asp probably can do that but I believe it has to be installed first before you can do that.
