Hello. One of our resellers cannot upgarde/ downgrade there accounts on there resellers account. I also tried this myself on a test resellers account and it comes up with the following error:
You do not have access to create that package (user_package)!
All the boxes in the "reseller privlidges" are correct. Any ideas?
