Hi friend,

After my order to rent a SM server, I got a Server IP: XX.XX.XXX.X4 (It is also my Hostname IP), and Secondary IPs: XX.XX.XXX.X5, ......

I have read a post here saying that you can set up Primary Nameserver(NS1.) with a Secondary IP such as XX.XX.XXX.X5, so I went to my Domain Registry to set up my own Primary Nameserver(NS1.) with IP XX.XX.XXX.X5. But after two days (48 hours), the Domain Host(NS1.) has failed to set up and returned to the original state (empty). Very frustrated! I really need to know why?

In the order confirmation email from SM, I saw the email says:
"If you need nameservers for this server, you can use the following:
ns2.theplanet.com 12.96.160.115
ns1.theplanet.com 216.234.234.30 "

Can I use ns2.theplanet.com 12.96.160.115 as my Secondary Nameserver(NS2.)? If so, do I need to add a zone for ns2.theplanet.com 12.96.160.115 in my WHM, and if so, can I customize some file values of the zone for ns2.theplanet.com 12.96.160.115, such as refresh, retry and expire in my WHM?
