i need help with ticket numbe's 114944PLNT 115926PLNT
i'm moving and need this server canceled before the first.
its been 5 days since first ticket and the first day i got a responce they where moving it to the correct pepole and ive heard nothing since.
i have no phone now so im unable to call in to talk to them so any help would be great thanks

Did you try contacting your sales rep. via e-mail to see if they can do anything for you?

We've been a bit short staffed on the holiday weekend and our tickets have lagged a bit. The easiest route would be to call our sales department tomorrow morning to make sure this is handled.

ok i cant access orbit now so im assuming this is taken care of?
can anyone check the ticket staus for me plz as i have no phone icon_cry.gif

Is it possible that they have approved your cancellation order and as such since you do not have a server here they remove your orbit access ?

That's what happened to me when I cancelled elsewhere.
