I found Genie Backup Manager http://www.genie-soft.com/default.html which might be what you need.

They also have a cool utility that they include for free for backing up files that are in use. And it works across the network

Backup for Workgroups / DiskSync. File versioning, bare metal recovery, compressible disk-to-disk storage, and good support team. That goes for both products.
