Is there any one who has a Free Control Panel To setup Accounts.. I am new to webhosting and i want to find a easy way to setup accounts fast.. and it will manage them for me.. Like if they go over there bandwidth limit it shuts them down and emails them.. Anything that works plz lmk thanks!

http://www.nxpanel.com is about the only free windows control panel I know of right now. You can check to see if it will do what you want it to.
