I've been racking my brains and I am tired of having looked through endless waffle of microsoft pages, google and forums for a 'simple walk-through' of how to configure win 2003 for setting up the following:-

1) Custom Primary and Secondary name servers to be used for pointing additional domains at.
- eg: ns1.mydomain.com, ns2.mydomain.com

2) Parking domain names
- including adding a records, c names etc for wildcard resolution, mx email etc

Does anyone have a concise reference for these tasks ?Is this functionality better covered and available in HELM (never used before) ?


I know I can submit a DNS request to SM but the quantity of domains is very lengthy unless a bulk management feature is available and I'd prefer to have hands on management given dynamic changes to the domain portfolio.
