Is it possible to resize the main partition without reinstalling the OS? My server was loaded with 1 big partition. I need to install Virtuozzo which required it's on partition to be created and mounted separately.

Thanks,
Ara

Unless you have free disk space to use, you cant.

Whats df -h say?

Well After searching & reading, 2 particular threads helped me solve my problem. This was not an easy task and me being an amateur in RHEL I was able to complete this task, thanks for all those that put the effort into helping others.

Hi logicmate, I am not a specialist in computer, so I turn to some software for help. What I usually use is EASEUS Partition Manager which can help you to solve such kind of problem. You may have a try:)
