Please, I need help to know why this happened and how to fix it. is on Ensim 4.0.3-22-rhel.3ES.

The Vacation Auto-Responder service disappeared from my WebAppliance.

A customer that had an autoresponder working call me this morning saying his autoresponder is given him an error. I sent a mail to his account and this is the error it gave me: X-Actual-Recipient: X-Unix; |responder.sh james /usr/share/opcenter/responders/responder.850006 (reason: Internal error).

I tried to find the responder in the directory the error says, but nothing is there, it does not exist. The site panel give me the option to create a new responder, I created it many times, but it still don't work.

In the Services option, appears only the name "Vacation Auto-Responder", but without the "Status" and "Actions" options. Same is happening in the main Admin panel.

Maybe this occurred to someone previously. I used it yesterday and everything was ok

As you know, I run cPanel on my boxes, but I'm wondering if Ensim automatically updates its build (version) frequently.

If so, it could be a bug in the build. If you are confident this is the problem, let your customer know that you are not responsible for 3rd party vendor errors and they will probably fix the issue ASAP.

Good luck, JF.

Thank you Mark,

Up to where I know, Ensim is not updated automatically.

I take advantage of the occasion to wish you Merry Christmas and my best wishes for the new year.

Thank you! I really hope your problem gets fixed. I would try filling out a Trouble Ticket - Maybe tech. support knows of a bug, patch or fix for this, although you might get a "Sorry. That is beyond the scope of our support."
