Since the merger, I've had nothing but issues. This really bums me out. EV1 had great support! Anyways, here are my issues:
1) It's very hard to get in contact with live chat, support AND customer service. I've tried MANY times recently and either never get anyone or I get connected and they leave the session.
2) I have ordered two servers within the past 2 weeks and the 1st one was configured incorrectly by the DC and took them several days to get it working. The 2nd server I ordered appears to of been misconfigurerd as well from the DC and it is still not working. I have two tickets open and neither of them have been responded to. 1377304 and 1377801.
3) I have two accounts which have 3 servers total that need to be set to the new server pricing. I've called in AND talked with online chat, each time either getting hung up on or they disconnect from the chat.
I have even tried sending my issues to ams & notify.management, only to once again, not receive a response.
Please help.
P.S. - Not to mention I do not like the $25 setup fee and I miss the instant activation. But there isn't much I can do about that.

Hello DoobyWho,
1) My apologies. While LiveSupport has proven to be a useful tool, there are still connectivity issues we're trying to resolve.
2) I've created a new ticket to specifically address the access issues, both for root and for Plesk, on your server. I've updated your previous ticket to address the Remote Console connection, though I can almost guarantee it will work once the first ticket is addressed.
3) I've created tickets on your first two accounts to have the price readjusted. The newest account does not need it. Please note, this cannot happen right away, due to the amount of price adjustments in the pipeline, but I can confirm that the requests are made and are in the right queue, pending processing.

We've all had a couple of issues since the merger, but these "growing pains" are very common in companies after a merge.
Personally, I've experienced absolutely great service from EV1, so I am more than willing to excuse the small problems which arise every once in a while.
