I submitted a very simple TT yesterday regarding a question on upgrading our server's ram. And as of yet have received no response. This is by no means a very difficult issue to address.

It would be nice if someone from EV1 actually do something once in awhile!!

Sometimes this could happen. Just open your "Live Support Chat" in the ServerCommand and someone helps you soon.

it was my mistake. It was a general sales question and apparently they are not in on weekends ... oh well icon_wink.gif

Well, yeah. Also, I would expect a support ticket to be replied to within a few hours, but even when sending an email to sales, it takes days sometimes, as it is low priority.

No worries, we all make mistakes like that. icon_smile.gif

That was a bit harsh, talking trash on support is going to make them want to help you faster.

When in doubt let it go to webtech, they can direct it to the proper department.
