Has anyone tried configuring software raid on the latest release (6.1, I think)?

Any thing to watch out for?

Here's one how-to guide about this issue (using gmirror) icon_smile.gif

Quite honestly, i wouldn't mess with software raid. True hardware raid options are cheap enough to afford than they used to be. If i was looking for a raid solution i would definately go hardware, the same is ture for a firewall.
